Thank you for shopping at Rosin! We are committed to delivering your problem-solving products and home decor items as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Lahore (Local): 24–48 hours.

  • Other Cities in Pakistan: 3–5 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days.

3. Fragile Item Handling (Scented Candles & Decor)

We take extra care in packaging our scented candles and home decor to prevent breakage. All fragile items are double-wrapped in protective materials.

  • Please Note: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us at order@rosinofficial.pk within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for customers across Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience with the courier agent.
