At Rosin Official, we are committed to providing a premium shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 3-Day Return Window
You have 3 working days from the date you receive your parcel to initiate a return or exchange. After 3 working days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging (including tags, manuals, and protective seals).

For beauty and personal care products (like our Vitamin C Gel or Lipsticks), the seal must be unbroken due to hygiene reasons.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 5–7 working days via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos/videos of the item. we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
